How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account
How do I restore my Plus subscription?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases

Tap the three dots on any restroom or review and select "Report"
How do I cancel my Plus subscription?
Throne Score Plus is managed through Apple's App Store. To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Throne Score Plus → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Is Throne Score available on Android?
Throne Score is currently available on iOS only. Android is coming soon. You can join the waitlist on our download page.
How do I add a new restroom to the map?
Tap the + button on the map screen to add a new location. You'll be prompted to pin the location, name it, and submit an initial rating. New submissions are reviewed by the community.
How does the rating system work?
Each restroom is rated across five categories: Cleanliness, Privacy, Supplies, Accessibility, and Smell. Ratings are averaged across all community submissions. The overall score is displayed as a color-coded pin on the map — green for great, yellow for average, red for avoid.
What is Throne Score Plus?
Throne Score Plus is an optional subscription ($3.99/month or $19.99/year) that removes ads, unlocks unlimited bathroom lists, and gives you access to advanced filters and exclusive badges. All core features — map, ratings, and reviews — are free forever.
I found an error in a listing. How do I fix it?
Tap the three dots on any restroom listing and select "Suggest an Edit". You can update the name, location, hours, or any incorrect details. Edits are reviewed by the community before going live.
