1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Throne Score ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Throne Score is a mobile application that allows users to discover, rate, and review public restrooms. The App includes features such as location-based search, user reviews and ratings, social features, and premium subscription options.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

"User Content" includes reviews, ratings, lists, and any other content you submit to the App.

• You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App.
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
• We may remove or modify User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

5. Community Guidelines

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Use offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Spam, solicit, or post commercial content
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or gaming systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Collect or harvest other users' information
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

6. Throne Score Plus Subscription

• Pricing:Throne Score Plus is available as a monthly ($3.99/month) or annual ($19.99/year) subscription.
• Billing:Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal:Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation:You can cancel your subscription through your device's account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds:Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
• Free Trials:If offered, free trial periods convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

7. Referral Program

• Referral rewards are subject to our Referral Program terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• Abuse of the referral program, including creating fake accounts or fraudulent referrals, will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account termination.
• Free months earned through referrals are applied as subscription credits and have no cash value.

8. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Throne Score and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our written permission.
• "Throne Score," our logo, and related marks are trademarks of Throne Score. You may not use these marks without our written permission.

The App integrates with third-party services including mapping services, payment processors, and advertising networks. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Throne Score and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law:These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Arbitration:Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
• Class Action Waiver:You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

15. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Throne Score regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
